Gift Certificates:

Can be purchased for any service or dollar amount.  You can also purchase gift certificates online.

Appointments:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure sufficient time to check in and change.

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your treatment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% of the service fee.  “No-shows” will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee or if you have a voucher your service will be forfeited. Services require a credit card deposit to hold a reservation.

Gratuities:

At ASerenity Skin Care & Spa, gratuities are not included in the price of the service, but gladly accepted.

Series:

Series are available for all treatments.

Waxing:

If you are using Retin-A or Accutane, please refrain from waxing.

PLEASE NOTE:

*Massage is also available in 30 minute and 90 minute sessions.

*If you are undergoing any treatment from a doctor regarding structural/chiropractic/physical therapy, or if you have recently been in a car accident that required medical attention, we will need written permission from your doctor before our schedule appointment for massage.
